Shipping & Delivery Timings
We ship orders both locally and internationally.
The default shipping mode for all orders is by SingPost normal mail.
Free shipping is offered complimentary for all local orders. International orders are subjected to postage charges at prevailing rates based on your package’s dimensional weight.
There is no tracking facility for this service. We will not be responsible for any orders lost in the mail brought by this service.
If you wish to have your package tracked, we recommend you opt for registered mail or by courier.
Delivery timing for local orders usually take approximately 5 – 7 working days whilst duration for international orders vary depending on the location and service you have opted.

Order Processing Lead-Time & Confirmation
Upon receipt of your order, allow us a lead-time of 3 working days to pick, pack and prepare your items.
You will receive a “Your Order is Complete” notification in your inbox from our system when your item is ready and scheduled for shipping. Do check your spam box if you did not receive this email.
We do accept customised requests, especially when it comes to floral orders. Should you prefer customisations, please contact us at email@example.com.
