Ordering Procedures

Placing Your Order

For Classes & Workshops

  1. Click our E-Shop.
  2. Select the class/ workshop you wish to purchase and click Add to Cart.  Your selected class/ workshop item will be successfully added into the shopping cart.  You can view your total cart purchase at the top right corner of the page.  Use the Back button to return to previous page if more class/ workshop need to be added in.

for online versions

  • Once you have made your final selection, choose the preferred shipping type for your kit delivery.  Click Proceed to Checkout and you will then be brought to the Checkout page.
  • Input all shipping details and do a final check on your purchase.
  • Select your preferred payment type.  Please note that we do NOT have any payment integration facility when you select MayBank/ POSBank.  Hence, you will still need to make a separate payment arrangement for this.  There should not be any issues with payments made via PayNow and PayPal.
  • Click Place Order and voila!, your class/ workshop and kit order process is complete.  Sit back and await the arrival of your kit.
  • Once you receive your kit, whatsapp us to fix a virtual class appointment.

 

for face-to-face versions

  • Once you have made your final selection, choose the “Self-Prearranged Collection” shipping type.  Click Proceed to Checkout and you will then be brought to the Checkout page.
  • Indicate a contact number for us to call/ whatsapp you and do a final check on your purchase.
  • Select your preferred payment type.  Please note that we do NOT have any payment integration facility when you select MayBank/ POSBank.  Hence, you will still need to make a separate payment arrangement for this.  There should not be any issues with payments made via PayNow and PayPal.
  • Click Place Order and voila!, your class/ workshop order process is complete.  Sit back and await our call for a class date and time.
  • Alternatively, you may also refer to our e-calendar for workshop dates and times and self-registration.

For Kit Deliveries, Retail Items and Tools & Supplies

  1. Click our E-Shop.
  2. Select item to purchase and click Add to Cart.  Your item will be successfully added into the shopping cart.  You can view your total cart purchase at the top right corner of the page.  Use the Back button to return to previous page if more items need to be added in.
  3. Once you have made your final purchase, choose your shipping type and click Proceed to Checkout.  You will then be brought to the Checkout page.
  4. Input all shipping details and do a final check on your purchase.
  5.  Select your preferred payment type.  Please note that we do NOT have any payment integration facility when you select MayBank/ POSBank.  Hence, you will still need to make a separate payment arrangement for this.  There should not be any issues with payments made via PayNow and PayPal.
  6. Click Place Order and voila!, your order process is complete.  Sit back and relax and await the arrival of your package.

Order Processing Lead-time, Confirmation & Delivery Timings

For Kit Deliveries, Retail Items and Tools & Supplies

  1. Upon receipt of your order, allow us a lead-time of 3 working days to pick, pack and prepare your items.
  2. You will receive a “Your Order is Complete” notification in your inbox from our system when your item is ready and scheduled for shipping.  Do check your spam box if you did not receive this email.
  3. Do note that when you opt for SingPost Normal shipping, the service does not provide any form of tracking.  We will not be responsible for any orders lost in the mail.
  4. International orders will be charged based on prevailing postage rates.  Please do get in touch with us for international deliveries.
  5. For Cash on Delivery orders, you are to self-collect from our studio.  Please make arrangements by contacting us at 9112-7249 prior coming.
  6. For local orders, you should receive your packages by at most 7 working days from the date of that notification email.  Do drop us an acknowledgement when your order reaches you safely.

Refunds & Returns

  1. We reserve the rights NOT to refund payments made for any retail item/ classes/ workshops and/ or curriculums items and packages.
  2. Unless an error has been made on our part would we allow returns to be made.  In such cases, you can swap the returned item/s with another item of the same value or top up the difference should the item value be higher.
